Our HOA dues represent shared commitment to the operations and longevity of our shared property. These contributions are essential, directly funding our day-to-day annual operations—such as landscaping, utility costs, and routine maintenance—while securing our long-term planning through a healthy reserve fund. As owners and HOA members, you are fully entitled to transparency regarding how these funds are managed, as well as the opportunity to contribute your voice to our long-term capital investing and major repair projects. By investing and planning together, we ensure our property remains well-maintained, unexpected future expenses are covered, and our collective property values are protected for years to come.
The current monthly assessment is $360 per unit.
